About The Artist
Andrew Angon is a Latino artist based in Los Angeles, California. Driven to not only express his artistic creativity throughout his work -- but also his beliefs, experiences, and interests. His vision is to create art that people can enjoy admiring, think deeply about, and possibly resonate with.
“My art comes from my soul, so when people look at my art, I intend for them to feel it in their soul as well.”
Through years of growth and hardship, Andrew opened his eyes to the reality of our world and the powerful forces that drive it. However, he found himself looking at the world in anguish for some time. Observing all the horrible things going on, and angry at the people causing them. Also on a personal level, acknowledging and unpacking deeply rooted trauma, he chose to break the cycle and elevate his life to the best of his ability.
He eventually learned how to cope with his emotions of anger at the world and channel it to fuel his artistic passion in pursuit of his goals. Knowing from a young age that he had an interest in the arts, his interest only evolved into passion as he developed. Now being on a dedicated path to fully exploring his creativity and curiosity, he plans to express that through his artistry as he continues evolving. This incredible journey is only just beginning, thank you for tuning in.
